Shipping + Returns

  I guarantee the quality of all products and will always act fairly. My main goal is to make my customer happy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product contact me immediately.
There are no refunds on custom or personalized orders unless in the unfortunate event of a miss spell on my part. In that case, contact me right away and a new item will be shipped as soon as possible with no charge to you.

 Custom orders ship within 2 weeks of the payment date, if there is a change in turnaround time you will be notified. I package all items securely and ship using USPS priority mail. You will receive an e-mail notification upon shipping. Delivery time is 2-3 days from the shipping date. If you need expedited shipping please contact me and we can work out other shipping options.
