There are no refunds on custom or personalized orders unless there’s a misspelling on my part. If that happens, just reach out to me right away, and I’ll send a replacement at no cost to you as soon as possible.
Custom orders are shipped within two weeks of payment, and you'll be notified if the turnaround time changes. All items are securely packaged and sent via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, you'll get an email notification, and delivery typically takes 2–3 days. If you need faster shipping, just reach out and we can arrange other options.
